Rose Chavez
Rose Chavez played four years of Volleyball at Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory where she was a defensive specialist, captain and named WCAL 1st Team All league for the 2002 volleyball season. She continued her volleyball career on an athletic and academic scholarship at Dominican University of California in San Rafael as starting libero for four seasons with the Penguins, while earning an International Management degree with an emphasis in Marketing.
Rose coaches the Junior Varsity team at Sacred Heart Cathedral and is in her fifth year coaching club volleyball. Rose will be coaching Sláinte 16-1 and assisting with the girl’s developmental practice teams.
